I love engagement sessions! Not only is it a wonderful opportunity to get to know my couples a bit better (a "dress rehearsal" if you will to their wedding day experience)...sessions give me an opportunity to customize an experience to fit the unique personality and likes of their relationship....which is always such great fun! Genelle and Jason are such warm and kind individuals....spending time with them was like spending time with old friends :) They allowed me insight into their love for one another and their doggie Kitana...along with the joy of being present with one another, nature and spending quality time together. Which leads us to a day in the garden, playing around with some drums, taking Kitana for a walk and what else?.... oh yes, Dominos! Yes, you got it Dominos! Why Dominos you ask....well because I knew you all would want to know I asked them that and a few others questions and this is what they had to say:
Genelle what do you love most about Jason? I love his spontaneity. Whether it be travel adventures or life goals, he always has his mind on track to reach them.
Jason what do you love most about Genelle? I love how she is caring and considerate with everyone. She's always there for me and I know I can count on her when I'm in need.
Tell me again about your love for dominos and playing with friends? Genelle learned to play dominoes with him and his friends! It's always nice to kick back, gather friends and grab a set of dominoes.
Please also share with me a little about your doggie: Jason says "She's human!" (He's kidding) :) Kitana - now 10 years old - has been with Jason since she was just a little pup with floppy ears and Genelle met her when she was 5 and completely fell in love with her and her "only dog syndrome." She's definitely our side kick. Loves to be with humans! And we love having her as a part of our lives!
Thank you Genelle and Jason for sharing a glimpse of your lives with me. You two were so fun, I really had a wonderful time :)
I hope you enjoy the following image highlights,
Much love,
M
